</span><span style="font-weight:normal;font-size:13px;">125gr de Crème-Fraiche</span></h6>

<p>1. Descasque a laranja, retirando também o revestimento branco. Separe os gomos cortando-os em pedaços pequenos. Reserve o sumo numa tigela.<br />
2. Numa caçarola, coloque o chocolate, a manteiga, o sumo de laranja e aqueça em lume brando, mexendo, até ficar macio.<br />
3. Junte, mexendo, 4 colheres de sopa de Crème-Fraiche e os pedaços de laranja.<br />
4. Com uma colher, deite a mistura em tacinhas de sobremesa, e coloque por cima uma colher do restante Crème-Fraiche.<br />
4. Espalhe farripas de casca de laranja e sirva.</p>

<p>1. Colocar, dentro de uma panela, a abóbora bem lavada, sem casca 		nem pevides e cortada em pedaços pequenos;<br />
2. Juntar o açúcar, a raspa de laranja e o pau de canela;<br />
3. Mexer para misturar tudo e levar a lume brando para cozer lentamente;<br />
4. De vez em quando mexer com uma colher;<br />
5. Para não pegar ao fundo, deixar atingir o ponto de estrada (quando 		se deita um pouco de doce num prato e ao passar com a colher 		forma-se uma &#8220;estrada&#8221;);<br />
6. Retirar do lume e deixar arrefecer;<br />
7. Guardar em frascos.</p>
<p>É óptimo servido com iogurte e nozes ou com requeijão e tostas.</p>

<p>1. Numa panela grande, cozinhar em lume brando, com a água temperada de sal, as batatas descascadas e cortadas ao meio, a cenoura, a couve e o bacalhau, que deve ser acrescentado por último, quando as batatas e as cenouras estiverem quase cozidas.<br />
2. Cozinhar os ovos à parte e cortá-los em gomos.<br />
3. Misturar os ovos com os demais ingredientes e deixar em fogo mínimo por mais 5 minutos.<br />
4. Servir bem quente, regado com o azeite e o alho picado.</p>

<p>1.  Junte os iogurtes ao crème fraishe e misture bem.<br />
2. Numa taça alta faça camadas de pão de ló cortado com as mãos,  a geleia, o crème fraishe com os iogurtes e os morangos.<br />
3. Na ultima camada coloque finalmente as framboesas e as groselhas e os morangos restantes.<br />
4. Se quiser poderá acrescentar outros frutos vermelhos como mirtilhos ou amoras silvestres.<br />
5. Coloque no frigorifico e sirva frio.</p>

<p>1.  Coloque todos os vegetais, excepto o tomate, numa panela.<br />
2.  Junte o caldo de galinha, acrescente se necessário água até cobrir.<br />
3.  Quando ferver adicione o tomate e o sumo de limão, os coentros e o alho.<br />
4. Deixe ferver durante 20 minutos. Quando todos os ingredientes estiverem cozidos, coloque num copo misturador sem a água.<br />
5. Triture bem e só depois junte apenas a água suficiente para que fique um creme espesso.</p>
<p>Dicas<br />
Coma a sopa ao almoço e ao jantar durante duas semanas complementando todas as refeições apenas com muita fruta.</p>
<p>Para fazer o caldo de galinha ou vegetais, coloque numa panela 500ml de água e o caldo de galinha. Deixe ferver.</p>

<p>1. Torrar bem o pão na torradeira ou no grill;<br />
2. Barrar as fatias com a maionese a gosto;<br />
3. Cozer o ovo;<br />
4. Fritar o bacon numa frigideira;<br />
5. Fatiar o tomate e lavar bem as folhas de rúcula;<br />
5. Numa das fatias de pão colocar os ingredientes frios, a rúcula e o peru fumado;<br />
6. Acrescentar uma fatia de pão e por cima colocar os ingredientes quentes:<br />
o bacon e o ovo;<br />
7. Acabar com a última fatia e cortar em quatro.</p>

2 c. (sp) Vinagre</p>

<p>1. Coloque numa panela o ovo a cozer, durante 7 minutos.<br />
2. Escorra o atum e o feijão frade e disponha num prato.<br />
3. Corte o ovo às rodelas e adicione.<br />
4. Tempere com azeite e vinagre.<br />
5. Salpique com a salsa e cebola cortada picada.<br />
Obs: Não tempere com sal, pois o atum e o feijão frade (de lata) já tem sal.<br />
Se preferir coza o feijão frade seco. Não adicione sal à cozedura e não precisa de ser demolhado.</p>

<p>1. Corte a melancia em pedaços. Retire as pevides.<br />
2. Num prato disponha a rúcula, a melancia, o queijo e a cebola.<br />
3. Tempere com o molho shoyo.<br />
4. Polvilhe com as sementes de sésamo.<br />
5. Sirva muito fresca.<br />
Obs: Se não gostar do molho shoyou, tempere com Azeite, Vinagre e Sal.</p>

1 pitada de Sal fino<br />
1 pitada de Oregãos<br />
6 Laranjas<br />
Pão</p>

<p>1. Numa panela colocar água. Assim que esta estiver a ferver colocar os ovos, e contar exactamente 3 minutos.<br />
2. Entretanto espremer as laranjas para o sumo, torrar o pão e corta-lo às tiras.<br />
3. Passar os ovos por água fria, coloca-los nos copos.<br />
4. Bater com uma colher na parte de cima do ovo e descascar apenas a parte superior.<br />
5.Temperar com sal e oregãos a gosto.</p>
